Veuve Cliquot Demi-Sec is a tribute to the taste of nineteenth-century consumers for sweeter champagnes and offers today multiple experiences due to its roundness and aromatic richness. As with all Veuve Clicquot blends, Demi-Sec is predominantly Pinot Noir (50%), which gives the champagne its strength. The pursuit of distinct fruit flavors means that there is a higher level of Meunier (30%) in the blend than would typically be found in Yellow Label, for example, and Chardonnay completes the blend (20%). The inclusion of up to 45% reserve wines ensures the consistency of the Veuve Clicquot style. The 3 years aging in our Crayères brings silkiness to the Champagne. Finally, a dosage of 45 g/L gives Demi-Sec the final balance of flavors.
Nose: Ripe fruit candied citrus fruits and tropical fruits with toast and brioche.
Palate: Lemon, orange, pineapple, bread pudding, brioche, and tarte tatin.
Finish: Light and fresh, with a lingering note of mousse.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
