Near the inside Seto Sea, the White Oak distillery has a maritime climate that contributes to the smooth development of the peculiar flavor profile of this non-aged single malt. Made from malted barley slightly peated, it's then aged in sherry casks. Unchillfiltered, the Akashi Single Malt retains its rich, round texture and displays a high degree of alcohol. Iwai Tradition, is a blended whisky, comprised of both single malts, grains, and blended whiskies. The whisky is then aged in a combination of ex-bourbon, ex-sherry, and ex-wine casks, creating a perfect harmony of flavors.
Nose: Weak fruit, malt, spice, vanilla, dried apricots and a candy sweetness.
Palate: Spice, malt, watery toffee, fruit and a touch of an herbal character.
Finish: Short fade of spice, malt and sawdust.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
