Whey alcohol serves as the base spirit for this unique premium gin, which makes it very distinct from other spirits. A proprietary yeast is added to the whey, converting the milk sugars into alcohol, yielding a very high-quality whey spirit. Hand-distilled with 18 different botanicals which are locally foraged and grown, along with pure natural Irish spring water. The milk used for production is sourced from just 30 minutes away. The lengthy list of botanicals: juniper, coriander, orris, licorice, cardamom, angelica, lemon, lime, cinnamon, cumin, cloves, almond, elderflower, alexander seeds, grapefruit, sweet woodruff and sweet and bitter orange, all coalesce into a truly distinct gin.
Nose: A sweet acidity from the whey, pairs well with cardamom and pepper aromas.
Palate: Sweet notes and creamy, milky textures. Juniper notes alongside cardamom, cinnamon and cloves

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
