Distilled at Loch Lomond distillery which sits in Alexandria, West Dunbartonshire, this is a heavily peated dram, known as their "Inchfad" expression, and was matured in Oloroso sherry casks since 2021. It displays BBQ meat notes from the outset and slight hints of cinnamon and pepper add a mild spice to the dram that also has a sweet element on the palate. A mix of both bold and subtle flavors. An innovative distillery by design, Loch Lomond distillery is part of the Highland region and was a product of the 1960s whisky boom.
Nose: Meaty, BBQ, and cinnamon sticks.
Palate: Spare ribs in BBQ sauce, smoked cheese, and honey glaze.
Finish: Pulled pork, dark chocolate, soy sauce, and white pepper.

A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
