Old Raj Gin was first introduced in 1972 and is produced by WM Cadenhead, an independent bottler based in Scotland. Best known for their whiskey and rum, Cadenheads launched Old Raj Gin back in 1972. There are two distinct versions of Old Raj produced with different ABVs. Each gin style is made with nine botanicals: juniper berries, orange and lemon peel, coriander seed, angelica root, orris root, cassia bark, almond powder, and saffron. The botanicals (except saffron) are distilled with the base spirit. The gin is made using a Cadenhead's signature recipe and then shipped to Campbeltown where they reduce the ABV and add saffron prior to bottling. The gin is infused with saffron following distillation due to its delicacy.
Nose: Citrus, juniper, sweet saffron, earthy subtle notes.
Palate: Orris root and almond all throughout the nose and palate.
Finish: Coriander, angelica root, and saffron on the finish.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
