A classic vermouth amaro from Cocchi, based around a Barolo Chinato wine and flavored with wormwood, rhubarb, chiretta, cassia wood and a double infusion of quina. "Dopo Teatro" means "after theatre", in reference to an old tradition of enjoying vermouth after a night at the theatre in Turin. Of course, if you don't go to the theatre all that often, this is well suited to after-dinner drinks as well.
Nose: Rich, sweet and fruity with a backbone of woody bitterness. Maraschino cherries and plump raisins sit alongside burnt caramel, green twigs and pungent herbal notes, all covered in a jammy sweetness.
Palate: Baked apples sprinkled with raisins - fruit cake and intense brown sugar with tree bark, damp soil and spice - ginger, nutmeg and a hint of clove.
Finish: Lingering, with fruity sweetness slowly giving way to darker and bitter notes.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
