It is certified additive-free, and made using very ripe agaves grown in Michoacán. The agaves are cooked via steam injection in Cascahuin's traditional stone ovens for 3 days, then given an extra day to cool down before being crushed on the distillery's roller mill. Fermentation occurs in stainless tanks before the double distillation begins. The first distillation happens on Cascahuin's stainless steel alembic still with a copper coil, and the 2nd distillation takes place on the copper alembic with copper coil which brings the Tequila up to 55% ABV.
Nose: Floral, bright lemon peel, minerality, and mint.
Palate: Sweet agave, pepper, wet stone, and citrus.
Finish: Medium-long finish.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
