We chose a variety of apples, not too sweet and not too tart and paired with the star ingredient strawberry, harvested in central California, for a bold and sweet profile. We added the ancient spice turmeric, which has been used for over 4500 years in Indian culture. We blended the turmeric with coconut water that rounds the palate with a nostalgic softness. Lemon juice from Spain provides a nudge of vitamin C and a sweet tartness that balances the flavors. Vermont Grade A maple syrup adds a hint of sweetness while a tad of USA wild cherry bark and Indian ginger root carries the pungency needed to tie it all together.
Nose: Lemon, strawberry, cherry bark, and Indian ginger.
Palate: Strawberry, apple, ginger, lemonade and hints of maple syrup sweetness.
Finish: Rich and smooth.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
