The creation of Lady Bird Bourbon is a testament to the dedication and passion of Nancy Garrison, co-founder of Garrison Brothers Distillery, and Master Distiller Donnis Todd. Inspired by the legacy of its namesake, Lady Bird Johnson, this exceptional bourbon honors her commitment to the environment and native wildflowers. To craft this masterpiece, Donnis begins with our Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey aged 4-5 years in new white American oak barrels, then infuses it with Burleson’s Wildflower Honey for 8-9 months, creating the exquisite Cask Strength HoneyDew. The honey-infused bourbon is further aged in exceptional French Cognac XO casks for an additional 3 years, resulting in a harmonious blend of unparalleled flavor and elegance.
Nose: Freshly cut grass and sweet honey accompanied by subtle notes of black cocoa waffle cone, and honey wafers.
Palate: Warm buckwheat pancakes, dark chocolate-covered cherries and malted milk balls with essence of cognac cherries, dried figs and plums.
Finish: Lingering with honey and cognac flavors.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
