The Hess Collection Winery is a California-based producer known for its Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley and its sub-AVAs. The winery is situated in Mount Veeder and was first leased by Donald Hess in 1986. The estate has a history of producing wines in the region dating back to the late 19th Century and the first wave of California wine production. Prior to leasing the winery, Hess planted vineyards in Mount Veeder in 1978, with the 1982 vintage being the first released under the Hess label.
Nose: Fruity aromas.
Palate: Medium-bodied with layers of sliced peaches and golden delicious apples.
Finish: Crisp and clean with well-balanced acidity.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
