The new Hillrock Double Cask Rye PX Finished Whiskey, as the name implies, is the result of double cask maturation. The spirit, distilled from estate rye, was first aged for an undisclosed amount of time in charred American white oak barrels that were air dried for over two years before assembly. The whiskey was then transferred to the ex-PX sherry casks for final aging before being bottled at 90 proof.
Nose: Vanilla, caramel, maple, blackberry, and mint. with clove and cinnamon and honey.
Palate: Toasted caramel, plum, fig and dates with rye, spices, floral, and orange peel.
Finish: Long and surprisingly dry, with rich berry jam and a hint of dark chocolate.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
