To honor Wedderburn, a classic Jamaican Rum style, Eric Kaye and his team created Holmes Cay Single Cask Rum Jamaica Wedderburn. This 100% pot still rum was distilled in 2011 at the Clarendon Distillery, Jamaica, and bottled in 2021 in New York State. First tropically aged for 3 years in ex-bourbon casks in Jamaica and then for 7 additional years in the UK, it was bottled at cask strength or 118 proof. This outstanding expression is not chill filtered and founder Eric Kaye said that "it is a pleasure to offer this superior example of a medium ester, pot still rum to US spirits lovers.
Nose: Pineapple and drying oak.
Palate: Overripe tropical fruit with black pepper and baking spices.
Finish: Leather and tobacco leaf.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
