This Single Malt, from the family owned distillery in the Kingdom of Fife, has been distilled using Fife barley and matured in 100% ex-Oloroso American Oak Sherry Butts from Jerez, previously used for maturing Sherry. These casks were specifically chosen by Isabella Wemyss for their gentle oak flavors and sherry rich sweetness to compliment the fruity character of the Kingsbarns spirit. This allows for the perfect balance between the spirit and the wood.
Nose: Treacle, sultanas, fruit loaf with cinnamon icing, and dark chocolate with berries.
Palate: Sweet tinned pineapple up front, orange peel, and cake spice.
Finish: Lots of dried apricot and a hint of roasted hazelnut on the finish.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
