Limousin Rye is finished in Limousin Oak - the world's most expensive cooperage. French oak staves are added towards the end of our aging and then finished in a custom solera system of Limousin Oak barrels. Limousin Rye is the first release from the Dancing Goat Distillery. A smooth & flavorful American rye whiskey that's wonderfully neat yet complex enough for the perfect cocktail.
Nose: Cracked pepper and earthy grain with oak vanillin, orange peel, and red spice.
Palate: Vanilla-forward palate with dark fruit note that suggests juicy blackberry or plum.
Finish: Rich, oak finish all supported by the assertive rye grain.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
