This Kentucky Straight Corn Whiskey has been bottled in bond, so this is aged for at least 4 years and bottled at 100 proof. The mash bill is 90% corn with the remainder comprised of rye and barley. Mellow Corn is aged in used, charred white oak barrels and is produced by the fine folks over at Heaven Hill. A light, sweet whiskey, perfect for summer evenings.
Nose: Chargrilled sweetcorn, linseed oil, chamois leather, almond, butter, and cinnamon.
Palate: Grilled sweetcorn, leather and toasty oak with black pepper and cinnamon spice.
Finish: Dry, toasty finish with lingering spicy chargrilled sweetcorn.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
