Oxley is produced using a distilling technique called 'cold distillation,' which is not commonly used in the industry. This process allows the botanicals of the gin to come through in a softer, more natural way, making this gin ideal for those who like a more delicate profile. Sure there are easier ways to make gin, but doing it this way ensures every bottle of Oxley is pure quality. Now the only question is, what gin cocktail to make with it?
Nose: Bright, juniper with nutty hints of coriander seed, licorice and grapefruit zest.
Palate: Strong, juniper and citrus.
Finish: Very dry finish.

A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
