The Pisco MalPaso Pedro Jiménez is in Chilean grape brandy made from Pedro Jiménez grapes, which emphasizes the sweet, raisin-like, sweet-fruity characteristics of this grape variety. The grapes are harvested very late (comparable to "Auslese") and very carefully and carefully pressed into a strong wine, which is only distilled into Pisco after several months of storage on the fine lees. It is then stored for 6 months in a steel tank with exclusion of air in order to achieve a soft mouthfeel when drinking, but without changing the pure taste of the Pedro Jiménez grapes.
Nose: Green-skinned fruits, citrus, and herbal notes.
Palate: Smooth, with a slight oiliness.
Finish: Elegant character of balanced alcohol.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
