Pot-distilled Jamaican rum was further aged and independently bottled by Proof and Wood. Part of Proof and Wood’s “Curated Collection” of unique and experimental batches. Pot-distilled Jamaican rum was aged in Jamaica for two years in ex-bourbon barrels before traveling to Kentucky for a further three years in ex-rye barrels. 54% ABV. This extremely limited edition was blended from 3 barrels and less than 100 cases were produced.
Nose: Hay and vanilla-softened esters.
Palate: English Breakfast tea, toasted cinnamon and clove
Finish: A hint of dried strawberry on the finish.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
