Bottled at Cask Strength, 112 Proof. Only 200 bottles produced. Each enumerated and signed by Tom Colicchio. Made from a mashbill of 72% rye, 16% corn, 12% malted barley. This whiskey has been aged for 7 years 3 months. After aging for almost 8 years, the final result is rich and chewy with a bright nose to greet you. Ideal as the winter months approach, you will notice a frolicking aroma of black walnut honey intertwined with the essence of ripe orange and oak. This bottle is a great addition to any whiskey collection and makes a great gift for any whiskey lover.
Nose: Black walnut honey with ripe orange and oak.
Palate: Black cherry, tobacco, cocoa, vanilla, oak, and spearmint.
Finish: Lingering with butterscotch, muscovado sugar, and cinnamon.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
