Born of non-GMO AC Hazlet Winter Rye and Heirloom Corn planted and harvested by head distiller Michael Swanson, Roknar Minnesota Rye is milled, fermented and distilled in very small batches. Aged for 16 months in 15-gallon charred oak barrels and finished in Cognac casks. With a mash bill of 80% rye, 10% corn, and 10% malt barley, Far North aims to establish Minnesota Rye as a regional style in the spirit of Pennsylvania and Maryland-style ryes.
Nose: Brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla bean, roasted almonds, and oak.
Palate: Butter-smooth palate, with notes of smoked ham and balsa wood.
Finish: Soft-baked pretzels, and lingers with a warming note of star anise.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
