SHINOBU Pure Malt whiskies are crafted by master blender, Mr. Usami Ken who blended and aged the SHINOBU Pure Malt Whisky 10 Years Old Lightly Peated in sherry and bourbon hogshead casks for more than 10 years, before finishing them in precious Japanese Mizunara Oak. Famous for imparting rich, luscious flavors, Mizunara Oak has been used in Japan since the 1930s and is now sought-after by whisky makers around the world. The peated flavors bring the SHINOBU 10-Year-Old Pure Malt Lightly Peated Whisky into another aspect, with complex aromas and different layers of tastes of seaweed and smoky flavors. All SHINOBU whiskies are created without chill-filtration or added color to protect and enhance their complex and robust character.
Nose: Honey, chocolate, dry grass, and bonfire.
Palate: Caramel, coffee, and smoke notes with seaweed and vanilla.
Finish: Long and smooth with notes of salted caramel.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
