The Irishman prides themselves in continually raising the bar on the quality of Irish whiskey released, as well as offering something new and excitingly different. The Irishman 12-year-old Single Malt delivers on this promise. This outstanding whiskey is the outcome of 12 years of maturation in exclusively first-fill Bourbon casks. The Irishman 12-Year-Old Single Malt is a timeless Irish Malt that is matured in first-fill, flame-charred Bourbon barrels. Each year we will select only a handful of the best barrels, to make ‘the cut’ for our 12 Year Old. A maximum of 6000 bottles will be produced each year. Each bottle comes numbered by batch as a mark of quality and is non-chill filtered.
Nose: Vanilla, cinnamon, clove, apples, pears, charred wood, and freshly cut hay.
Palate: Sweet with vanilla, black peppercorns, and succulent fruity notes.
Finish: Lingering barley and oak with creamy dairy fudge and dark chocolate.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
