A bright and herbal Bunnahabhain from the 1990s, which ticked all the boxes for character traits we love from this era. A great example of the diversity of flavor which can be found on the powerhouse whisky island of Islay, this Bunnahabhain is an unpeated dram packed with all the maritime nature that we have come to expect from the region. Distilled early enough to exhibit some of the gentler, praline-led nature of older releases, while also showing signs of the newer, more phenolic, coastal style, this is an expression described by Serge Valentin at WhiskyFun as “Superb whisky, I'm afraid these batches are now to be taken very seriously. Extremely seriously.”
Nose: Lemon meringue pie, lime marmalade, apple blossom, vanilla fudge, wood spices, barley water, and seasoned oak.
Palate: Butterscotch, vanilla custard, lemon, and fudge tempered pepper and clove spices, ripe tropical fruit with passion fruit, dried mango and red fleshed pears.
Finish: Long and rich finish with a salty, malty flourish.

A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
