Waterloo Gin is crafted in the New Western style, allowing the locally sourced botanicals to shine. The flagship gin in our line had to embody the Treaty Oak spirit. It had to taste like here. We bottle Waterloo No.9 Gin at 94 proof to maximize the botanicals that are vapor-infused during the distillation process. While paying homage to traditional dry gins with ingredients like juniper, coriander and anise, Waterloo No.9 builds in Hill Country flavor with pecans, lavender, and grapefruit zest all harvested in Texas. The result is a blend of science and art, a confluence of gin culture and terroir—the crisp, clear representation of Treaty Oak’s constant purposeful experimentation and pursuit of the curious.
Nose: Coriander and powdery lavender.
Palate: Pecans, fresh lavender, juniper, and grapefruit zest.
Finish: Pleasant and warm ginger finish.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
