Slow roasting the mature maguey piñas in stone-lined pits with remnants of black oak that fire the pits. Milling the cooked piñas with a tahona mill where the volcanic stones extract to perfection the juices rich in syrups and honeys. Naturally fermenting the juice only with native yeasts floating near the palenques. Distilling in copper stills fired with black oak, to achieve the desired and distinctive reaction and unique flavors in the distillate. Triple distilling with local fruits inspired by celebratory pechuga-style mezcals resulting is a remarkably fresh flavor that is unique to any other mezcal.
Nose: Fresh fruit, honey, and herbal aroma with a subtle black oak smokiness.
Palate: Melon, pineapple, grapefruit, mandarin, sweet cocoa, mint, and anise.
Finish: Long velvety smooth finish of caramel with a tantalizing citrus bite.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
