A tribute to Oregon’s legendary Willamette Valley wine country, this cask-finished whiskey reflects the vibrance of Pinot Noir while allowing the robust notes of our whiskey to shine through for peak flavor. While others look within whiskey to innovate with sherry and port cask finishes, Westward looks beyond it for a twist on tradition to honor the American Northwest. Our Pinot Noir Cask begins with our Westward Whiskey Original, which is matured for up to an additional two years in French Oak wine casks from a handful of award-winning producers in the region. Bottled at 45% ABV / 90 proof (*Awarded at 125 proof)
Nose: Orchard fruit, tobacco, and freshly cut grass.
Palate: Raisin, fig, and apricot.
Finish: Rich malt, herbaceous oak, and dark chocolate.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
