Crafted in small batches by Victoria Distillers in British Columbia, Empress 1908 Indigo Gin is a strikingly beautiful and botanically complex spirit inspired by the legendary Empress Hotel and its famous tea service. Distilled from eight carefully selected botanicals, including butterfly pea blossom, it is naturally colored a vivid deep indigo blue that transforms to a soft lavender or pink when mixed with citrus or tonic. Bottled at 42.5% ABV, it combines visual artistry with exceptional craftsmanship.
The gin’s base is built on classic botanicals such as juniper, coriander seed, grapefruit peel, and cinnamon bark, layered with modern additions like Fairmont Empress Blend Tea and butterfly pea blossom. The butterfly pea blossom provides the gin’s signature natural color and delicate earthiness, while the tea adds subtle floral and aromatic complexity.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
