Can I return my purchase?
All purchases made through Cork & Mash are final sale.
What if I receive the wrong product, or a product is damaged or spoiled?
If you receive an incorrect product, a damaged item (including broken or leaking products), or a spoiled product, our Customer Experience Team will assist in coordinating a return and arranging for the correct or replacement product to be delivered by our retail fulfillment partner. Please note the following guidelines:
- Damaged or spoiled products must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
- Products that have been opened or consumed are not eligible for return.
To facilitate your request, our Customer Experience Team requires the following:
- A clear photo of the incorrect or damaged item.
- A photo of the outer packaging.
In cases where the product is limited in availability and cannot be replaced, we will issue a refund or offer a substitution of equal or greater value at the customer’s discretion.
What about a manufacturer’s box issue?
Due to distribution practices, our retail fulfillment partners may not always receive certain products with the manufacturer’s box from their wholesale distributor. Upon request, our Customer Experience Team will make every effort to locate a manufacturer’s box; however, availability is not guaranteed.
Please note that certain states prohibit returns for alcohol purchases due to local regulations.
What happens if my refund is approved?
If your order qualifies for a refund, funds will typically be returned to your account within 3-5 business days. Please note that the exact timing may vary based on your financial institution.
Refund eligibility does not extend to:
- Delivery and/or shipping fees.
- Service fees associated with your order.
Additionally, refunds are not available for:
- Orders refused or returned to sender.
- Missed deliveries within the scheduled delivery window.
- Products purchased through a pre-order process.
