Developed over the course of more than a year of meticulous taste testing, High Goal Gin’s distinct flavor profile is a reflection of Charleston, South Carolina, and the southeastern region where it’s produced. The area has driven High Goal’s formulation with the creative use of locally inspired botanicals such as Meyer lemon, mint, juniper, coriander and cardamom, resulting in a light and refreshing drinking experience. The base is 6 times distilled from corn, using a macerated seeping process to infuse the unique botanicals. Crafted in small batches of just 3,000 bottles at a time, it is best served on the rocks with a slice of lemon and fresh mint, though it can also be enjoyed with a high-quality tonic, club soda, or as a shaken, not stirred (unless you insist) martini for the purists out there.
Nose: Aromas of mint, lemon, juniper, coriander, and cardamom.
Palate: Juniper, cardamon, and lemon with spearmint, orange flesh, and white chocolate.
Finish: Complex finish with a creamy mouthfeel.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
