Conniption American Dry Gin comes to us all the way from Durham (not the one near Sunderland - the one in North Carolina), made with a combination of traditional and modern production methods. To start, botanicals like juniper, coriander, angelica and cardamom are vapor infused in a pot still. Next, cucumber, citrus and honeysuckle are vacuum distilled at room temperature individually to keep their fresh and vibrant flavor profile, then blended with the rest of the spirit.
Nose: Fresh piney juniper and coriander, spicy cardamom, bright orange, crisp cucumber and sweet honeysuckle.
Palate: Juniper, coriander, and cardamom with fresh, peeled cucumbers, sweet orange peel.
Finish: Lingering.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
