Inspired by the Minke Whale, the majestic creatures that swim wild off their Atlantic Ocean coastline. The same local coastline is home to the unique botanical that gives Minke Gin its distinct flavour profile. They climb the cliffs along their shoreline to sustainably harvest native Rock Samphire, only by hand and only in season. It’s really worth the effort! The base spirit used to make Minke Gin is derived from whey, produced from their 9th generation family farm near Galley Head Lighthouse. This gives a unique velvety texture and mouthfeel to each delicious drop. For Minke Gin they go full circle, grass to glass, harvesting nature at its best.
Nose: Crisp and dry.
Palate: Fresh n’ fruity, zesty, Rock Samphire with green fennel-like notes.
Finish: Slightly salty with red peppercorn in the finish.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
