Old Carter Straight American Whiskey Batch #7 is a limited edition, barrel-strength bourbon whiskey from Old Carter. It is aged for 13 years and bottled at a cask strength of 133.6 proof. It is made from a blend of straight American whiskeys. This batch is the seventh release of this whiskey. Old Carter focuses on making unique, very small-batch whiskies. They create their spirits from the heart and each creation is an expression of what they love. Each of these batches is released at barrel strength with no chill-filtering. Mark and Sherri handle all aspects of the business themselves, from creating new blends and selecting single barrels to designing and handwriting each individual label per bottling. This labor of love has allowed them to continue creating and celebrating exceptional spirits together. This whiskey is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
Nose: Nutmeg, buttered biscuits, lemon and orange citrus.
Palate: Crackling crème brûlée, root beer, red hots, candied bacon, leather, and tobacco.
Finish: Peppery warmth on the finish with toasted hazelnuts.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
