Edition 3 utilizes Pilot barley, a 2-row variety that traces its lineage back to grain breeders in the United Kingdom. This barley has been selected for its benefits in the field and has introduced an herbal tea note. The singular use of the 2nd fill Oloroso hogshead gave this release backbone without distorting the barley-focused nature of the whiskey itself. With Colere, we set out to chart the direct impact of barley on flavor. Leaving behind the well-trod territory of ubiquitous grains, it begins to explore the thousands of new and forgotten varieties of barley whose flavor has yet to be considered, striving to capture the vibrancy and diversity of Pacific Northwest terroir through single malt whiskey.
Nose: Apple cider, chamomile tea, raw almonds, and shortbread.
Palate: Golden Raisin, black pepper, milk chocolate, rye toast, and lemongrass.
Finish: Long and warm finish.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
