A new addition to Westland's Outpost Range, Solum sees the Seattle-based distillery unveiling its explorations into American peat. Limited to an annual release of 15 casks, the whiskey is distilled entirely from American peated malt and matured in a combo of new American oak and first-fill bourbon oak casks. Solum directly connects us to the primordial essence of the Pacific Northwest through a rediscovery of the oldest style of whiskey. Unearthing eons of flavor imparted by layers of flora unique to this place, we seek to experience the very essence of time through terroir.
Nose: Rosemary bagel, dry tobacco, jasmine, and sage.
Palate: Brioche, vanilla glaze, fresh dill, green tea, and burnt marshmallow.
Finish: Long, delicate, and complex finish.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
