The Kurayoshi is the Japanese Pure Malt range from the distillery of the same name located in Tottori Prefecture. The Kurayoshi distillery takes special care in the blending of the Pure Malts. In addition, they benefit from the waters coming from the underground of the Daisen mountain, bringing a unique bouquet and finish. Bottled at 50 proof, The Kurayoshi Japanese Pure Malt Whisky 18 Year Old is a rare whisky in the style, with a complex and deep flavor. Smooth and spicy with hints of malt and an elegant finish of smoky notes. Not chill-filtered. Complexity and depth from over 18 years of aging. Persistent rich aroma. A well-balanced Pure Malt whisky with subtle notes.

Nose: Grain and bread, lemon zest, and a touch of dried herb.

Palate: Honey and lemon, then spices and dry straw.

Finish: Soft with a touch of creamy vanilla and smoky notes.

Note:  Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.

A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments. 

B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage. 

C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling. 

D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. 

E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order. 

F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery. 

G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
