Barrell Bourbon Batch 026 is a blend of straight bourbons distilled and aged in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Indiana. The mash bills for each used corn, rye, and malted barley.
Nose: Super sweet with a wonderful vanilla/caramel balance, somewhere between candy and dessert-like. Warm brown sugar with some gentle touches of light fruit. Apricot, orange candy, and brief hints of banana. A bit of pleasant oak must in the background, along with cocoa and an occasional whisper of nut.
Palate: Tobacco upfront followed by mellow orange and traces of minerality. Dried cherry and burnt orange peel with plenty of charred oak to go around. Feel like this could pair well with a cigar. Some cocoa is consistently present, coming into its own over time and paving the way for the finish.
Finish: Chewy like peanut butter. Mellow, pleasant drying sensation with cocoa, coffee, oak, nuts, and tobacco.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
