Locally-sourced grains: corn, rye, wheat and malted barley. Cedaredge's unique geography and climate — the quaint city is situated 11,000 feet above sea level and enjoys mild, snowy winters and hot, dry summers — creates flavorful, plump grains that are perfect for distillation. Aged for a minimum of 3 years, this four-grain bourbon earned the Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2013.
Nose: Earthy minerals, with notes of roasted corn, apple pie and honey.
Palate: Maple syrup, honey and nutty dough with touches of cinnamon and woody spice.
Finish: Smooth, slightly sweet finish.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
