Maltster Malted Wheat Bourbon is New Riff’s bold take on Kentucky straight bourbon made with a mash bill of 65% corn, 18% bohemian floor-malted wheat, 10% unmalted wheat, and 7% dark wheat. The bourbon is bottled in bond, matured for a minimum of five years, and non-chill filtered. Maltster is New Riff's project that explores different malted grains used in a bourbon recipe. The distilling team delved into their background as craft brewers and devised a couple of magical recipes: malted rye bourbon and malted wheat bourbon. These unique mash bills offer bold interpretations of traditional bourbon styles, from a refined and sophisticated rye experience to a darker and deeper version of wheated bourbon. Nose: Dark grain-husk and bready notes, with a bit of confection.
Palate: Dryish, with rich oak backed by grainy depth, and dark fruit.
Finish: Medium-long with hints of wood spice, bread crust, and grassy-grainy minerals.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
