After Prohibition ended in 1933, my grandfather, 5th Generation bourbon distiller Thomas Aquinas Medley, began production of a new brand of bourbon… a brand he called Old Medley. Though Thomas Aquinas Medley died in 1940, the brand he created - Old Medley - survived for several decades before ceasing distribution a few decades ago. Today, my son Samuel Wathen Medley and I are proud to honor the legacy of Old Medley with this limited release, 12 year old Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey.
Nose: Clove, allspice, honey graham cracker, mild oak, vanilla cream, and pear.
Palate: Honey, aged vanilla, apple, pecan, and pear, with mild oak and sweet tobacco.
Finish: Sweet finish with clove, allspice, leather, apple, pear, and butterscotch and honey.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
