The bourbon is another addition to the non-chill filtered bourbon space. It’s also technically cask strength, despite clocking in at a comparatively low 107 proof. This is due to a low barrel entry proof, a distilling style used by the likes of Wild Turkey and Michter’s. Also notable is the use of a sweet mash in place of the more typical sour mash — a switch many newer whiskey distillers have gone with of late. Nose: Citrus, cedar, and honeysuckle with spicy oak.
Palate: Caramel and toasted oak with citrus, florals, dry cocoa, and spicy oak.
Finish: A crisp and sharp finish.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
