It has been aged for 12 years in ex-bourbon barrels, imparting a smooth and rich flavor. The whisky is finished with a hint of cocoa and natural chocolate, giving it a unique and complex flavor profile. This whisky is bottled at 43% ABV and is available in 750 ml bottles. It is a great whisky to enjoy on its own, or to use in a variety of cocktails.
Nose: Medium dark chocolate, hint of honey, agave nectar, fruits covered in dark and white chocolate, with some almonds, citrus.
Palate: Green apple, honey, milk chocolate, dried fruits, figs dipped in medium dark chocolate, green paprika, a touch of oak spice, agave/Mezcal green notes, a touch of cocoa, toasted almonds, light roast coffee, earthiness almost coming across as peat, malt sweetness.
Finish: Medium dark chocolate, coffee liqueur, candied lime peel, oak spice and barrel tannins, green apple skins, malt sugars.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
