Pendleton 1910 12-Year-Old Whisky was initially crafted to celebrate the 100-year anniversary of the rodeo. The whisky is made from a mashbill composed entirely of rye grains, which are mashed, fermented, and distilled in Canada. Following distillation, the whisky is brought to Hood River Distillers in Oregon, which finishes the whisky in its own casks before bottling it at 80 proof.
Nose: Slightly sweet aroma, with hints of butterscotch, light oak, and tobacco.
Palate: Notes of toffee, black pepper, chewy leather, honey, chili peppers, and vanilla on the palate.
Finish: Medium finish is well-balanced, with a touch of spice and sweetness.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
