Dair Ghaelach means quite simply, Irish oak. While the name may be simple, the story of this whiskey is unique. This whiskey has been finished in casks made from virgin Irish oak grown in Kylebeg Wood on the Ballykilcavan Estate, near Stradbally in Co. Laois. The oak influences this special whiskey with the unique flavor of the heart of Ireland. Its unique provenance told in each sublime sip, this is the tale of our native oak striking harmony with the classically rich and spicy Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey character. This is a whiskey like no other. Midleton Dair Ghaelach Whiskey Tree #4 is a limited edition single pot still Irish whiskey from the Midleton Distillery. It is made from a blend of pot still whiskeys aged in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in virgin Irish oak casks. The whiskey is bottled at 46% ABV and is non-chill filtered.
Nose: Toasted wood with hints of vanilla, roasted coffee, and fruit notes.
Palate: Sweet notes including chocolate and honeycomb.
Finish: Long finish with fruit and spices fading to an Irish oak notes.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
