This bottle is a wonderful vatting of three expertly crafted barrels of single malt from the Chichibu distillery – one first-fill bourbon, one refill bourbon and one Japanese Mizunara cask. It was bottled at 58. 5 % cask strength, with only 10,700 bottles produced and brings baking spices, apples and nutty malt flavours that bounce on the palate, making this another glorious release by the Chichibu distillery. The name speaks for this whisky, and the Japanese whisky industry in general, as Mr Akuto has stated. Aren’t we all on the way?
Nose: Mellow peat growing more powerful with time.
Palate: Apple, pear, and pepper with vanilla, pastry, candied fruits, and fruity desserts.
Finish: Long and silky finish.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
