Sombra Ensamble is a limited edition blend of wild & rare Tepeztate & Tobalá agave, harvested from high in the Oaxacan Sierra. Only 2,000 bottles of Sombra Ensamble were created. This special blend of Ensamble Mezcal is made from 61% Tepeztate, part of the agave Marmorata family. The elusive Tepeztate can take as much as 25 years to mature in the wild and grows primarily on the sides of steep rocky cliffs. Because of its wild and rare nature, we must take care not to overharvest to ensure the future of this beautiful plant.
Nose: Vegetal and citrus aroma with hints of honey and pepper.
Palate: Cake icing, tobacco, orange peel, and salted caramel.
Finish: A luxuriously long finish.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
