High West Distillery has announced the launch of its first nationally available bottled whiskey cocktails with the release of Barrel-Finished Manhattan and Barrel-Finished Old Fashioned. Conceptualized by High West’s Master Distiller Brendan Coyle and Beverage Director Steve Walton, each barrel-finished cocktail uses a blend of bourbon and rye for added complexity. The cocktails then mature in used rye barrels, allowing the flavors to marry.
Nose: Cassia bark, licorice root, eucalyptus, orange spice tea, and sandalwood.
Palate: Orange zest, dried cherry, sassafras, allspice, and orange cinnamon buns.
Finish: Black pepper, cola, and cinnamon.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
