Chicken Cock is kicking off the “Summer of the Rooster” with a bold new limited-edition release of Island Rooster Rum Barrel Rye. The new expression starts with Chicken Cock’s Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey and is finished in Caribbean rum casks for at least 6 months.
95% rye and 5% malted barley mash bill, which is bottled at 95 proof (47.5% ABV) in an apothecary-style embossed bottle featuring a premium metal cup cap.
Nose: Elegant array of spices, pepper, with a hint of rye grassiness and sweet molasses softly touched with oak overtones.
Palate: Complexity of spices, vanilla, butterscotch and pepper, beautifully complimented with just enough rum sweetness
Finish: Very long and enjoyable, with the rye characteristics predominant but wonderfully enhanced with a touch of sweet, and an amazing buttery mouthfeel.

A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
