Copalli Barrel Rested Rum is expertly crafted using only three pure, simple ingredients: fresh-pressed juice from locally grown, organic sugar cane, yeast, and pristine rainwater. Produced at the environmentally-conscious Copal Tree Distillery in Belize, our rum-making process is proudly zero waste and sustainable, ensuring each sip is as responsible as it is delicious. The result is a clean, authentic rum free from artificial additives, colors, or flavors, embodying the true essence of premium artisanal rum.
After distillation in our combination of column and pot stills, Copalli Rum is rested in previously used American Oak bourbon barrels, maturing gracefully in Belize’s lush rainforest climate. This careful maturation imparts a beautifully balanced depth, sweetness, and complexity that elevates the rum’s natural flavors.

Unfortunately, we can't ship to PO Boxes and APO addresses.
Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
