This remarkable release comprises two Single Casks, both filled in 1968. These Glenrothes Single Malt Scotch Whiskies have spent their entire lives – nearly 50 years – maturing in the same oak casks. Cask No. 13504: 51.3% The relationship between this individual cask, the distillate, and the surrounding air, brings about a marvelous kind of alchemy; each cask yields a whisky that is slightly different from those around it. Thus, despite being distilled on the same day in November 1968, our two casks display distinct differences, whilst sharing characteristics of the Glenrothes distilling style – famously laden with ripe fruits, juicy citrus, creamy vanilla, and hints of exotic spice.
Nose: Hand cream, roses, carnations, almond oil, oak shavings, and vanilla.
Palate: A smooth texture and sweet with toasted oak, dried fruits, and spices.
Finish: Dry, spicy finish with Friar’s Balsam medicine and a cooling menthol.

Note: Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to change of heart or taste. Due to state regulations, we cannot accept the return of alcohol purchased by a customer in error.
A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
