In the world of Mezcal, Espadin gets most of the attention. But among Mezcaleros and serious aficionados, Tobalá (potatorum) agave is called the "King of Agaves." The Spirit made from this royal succulent tend to be lighter, more floral, and refined. Corte Vetusto Mezcal Tobalá is hand-harvested and cooked for three to five days in an earthen oven using mesquite wood. It’s milled by a stone tahona and naturally fermented before being double-distilled — first in a small 270L copper pot still; and then in a 100L clay pot still.
Nose: Ripe with dried herbs, a bit of jasmine, wildflower honey, and cedar.
Palate: Subtle note of hibiscus petals over roasted herbs, bagasse, and baked apple.
Finish: Brisk and fresh.

A. The Cork & Mash Shipping Insurance must be purchased at time of checkout in order to cover lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
B. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Cork & Mash does not take responsibility for minor damage.
C. Cork & Mash is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Cork & Mash damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
G. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
